We have a great opportunity available for an Asset Management Analyst in the Netherlands! Would you like to kickstart or continue your career within the Real Assets Investment Management business? In this role you will provide broad tactical and operational support to a team of 10 Asset Management professionals and you are part of the wider EMEA Asset Management team which is driving the ongoing performance of multi-use properties throughout Europe.

What do you have to offer us?
- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree;
- You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience (experience gained through internships or student jobs will also be taken into consideration);
- You’ll set an example through a professional, friendly attitude towards your team and community;
- You have a multi-task and problem-solving mindset, always approaching things with a can-do attitude, as well as the ability to work with deadlines and little supervision;
- You have advanced skills in Excel and data management with significant experience in building and maintaining (complex) financial models;
- You have a proactive, hands-on mentality, as well as the drive and ambition to grow with the organization;
- You are a true connector and can get your foot in the door;
- You are super organized, accurate, and bursting with energy;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, ESG and social impact would be a plus.
