We are looking for interns! Are you a student eager to learn all the ins and outs of valuation issues and have an interest in the real estate industry? Then our Valuation & Advisory Services department offers you the perfect opportunity to further develop yourself!
What will you be doing? We offer you a real estate internship where you will assist consultants for a minimum period of 4 months in providing well-founded professional valuation advice at (inter)national levels. You will be guided by consultants with years of experience in commercial real estate. During your internship, you will actively be part of the team.
Our Valuation team deals with advisory and valuation issues for various types of investors and financiers. Our clients range from local investors, institutional funds to Dutch and/or international (corporate) banks, which is why we are often involved in high-profile deals. Various tasks are performed for the client, such as acquisition appraisals, financing appraisals, scenario analyses, feasibility analyses of an investment or financing.
As an intern, your main tasks will include: Supporting consultants in valuation and advisory work. Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports. Analyzing investment transactions. Supporting in researching cadastral data and zoning plans. Structuring digital data rooms and coordinating information provision. Guiding/coordinating property viewings.
What do you have to offer us? You are in the final stages of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. You have an affinity for real estate. You are eager to learn, analytical, quality-conscious, and collaborative. You have a hands-on mentality and can easily switch between various tasks. You have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in both Dutch and English.

What will your team be? Valuation & Advisory Services is the foundation of your real estate career. Due to the many assignments with short lead times, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of developments in the real estate market. Valuation & Advisory Services is one of our largest departments and is still growing due to our professional approach. We are a close-knit team of experienced and motivated consultants with a passion for the profession.
In teams, we work together to provide our clients with high-quality valuation advice. The sector specialization teams consist of Junior, Medior, and Senior Consultants and Directors and are supported by a Team Assistant. We focus on offices, retail, residential, logistics, special markets, and the healthcare market.
