Looking for an entry level position and interested in real estate? CBRE is immediately looking for a Trainee Valuations!
What will you do?
As Trainee you will be part of a team of appraisers that independently and as part of a team provides our clients with a well-founded professional valuation advice. In this role you will mainly be involved in valuing commercial real estate. You will rotate between various real estate sectors within 1 year and 9 months year. We focus on offices, retail, residential, logistics, special markets and healthcare. You will be supervised and professionally managed by a Senior. Under the guidance of a colleague you will inspect the properties to be appraised and prepare a valuation and an opinion.
You will also participate in the Traineeship within CBRE. This Traineeship lasts one year and you will participate with trainees from all departments. Together you will get to know our organization and the sector through and through. In addition, attention is paid to your personal development. Every month various training sessions, Business Unit days and drinks parties will be organized. Together with your other Trainees you will also make a trip to a CBRE office abroad. The program starts twice per calendar year: on March 1 and September 1, but of course you can start with us throughout the year and join the next Traineeship.
What do you have to offer us?
You have a WO degree and up to 2 years of work experience;
Your interest in commercial real estate is self-evident;
You have excellent communication skills as well as analytical and numerical insight;
You are enterprising, commercial and collegial, as well as perseverance and persuasiveness;
You are in possession of a driving license;
You speak and write fluently Dutch and English (Level C1).

Valuation & Advisory Services is one of our largest departments and still growing because of our professional approach. Due to the many assignments with short lead times, you will get a complete picture of the developments in the real estate market.
We work together in teams to provide our clients with high-quality valuation advice. The sector specialization teams consist of both Junior, Medior, and Senior Consultants and Directors and are supported by a Team Assistant.
