Our people
With over 150 specialists, we work with our clients to achieve the best results. Our (project) managers and consultants are resourceful and act decisively, with the drive to find the best possible solution for our client’s ambitions. We train our people continuously through our own training institute ‘AT Osborne Academy’.

Your Career
We like to help you grow in your profession. All of our starters are therefore included in the Young Osborne Professional program. This includes a substantive introduction to other disciplines and guidance in working as an advisor.
In the beginning, your career will be about work experience, personal development and getting to know the broad field of activity of the company. We will soon give you a lot of responsibility and you will build your own profile. Your own knowledge, experience and ambitions determine to a large extent which assignments you carry out and which education and training courses you follow. We also offer students the opportunity to write a thesis on a subject related to our firm’s field of work. A work placement also belongs to the possibilities.
